Yes. When reserving online, you can select either Tea Tree Plaza or Westfield West Lakes as your pickup location, depending on availability and convenience. 

For popular currencies, reserving a few days ahead is usually enough. For less common currencies, booking earlier helps ensure availability at your chosen branch. 

Yes. Smaller notes are often available and useful for taxis, cafés and markets overseas. If you have a preference, ordering online increases your chances of getting suitable denominations. 

In many cases, buying foreign currency in Australia allows you to secure better rates and avoid limited availability or higher fees at your destination. Reserving online also gives you full control over your travel budget before you leave. 

Not currently. Our two Adelaide branches are at Tea Tree Plaza and West Lakes, both inside Westfield centres. If you're flying out of Adelaide Airport, we'd recommend collecting your currency a day or two ahead rather than planning to stop by on the way.

Denpasar is one of the busiest international routes out of Adelaide Airport, so Indonesian Rupiah is one of our most requested currencies here, alongside Singapore Dollar and the usual Euro, US Dollar and British Pound.

West Lakes sits on the western side of the city, the same side as the airport, so it's generally the more convenient option if you're heading there. Tea Tree Plaza is further out in the north-east.
