About Melbourne Airport
Melbourne Airport (MEL), also known as Tullamarine Airport, is the main airport of the city. With more than 2,500 hectares, 22.5 million domestic passengers and more than 8 million international ones, it is known to be the second-busiest airport in Australia. There are four terminals in total: one international terminal (terminal 2) and three domestic terminals (terminals 1, 3 and 4).
The international terminal connects the city to 43 destinations across Europe, North and South America and Asia.
The domestic terminals connect Melbourne to 33 locations throughout the country, including Sidney, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Adelaide and Perth.
